RoadPiper - Network Head

Summary : Looking for an effective leader to drive the network division for a well-funded inter-city logistics organization run by a qualified and ambitious team. Core Responsibilities :

1 Take complete ownership of the division performance and its growth

2 Lead a dedicated service delivery and operations team to manage vendors and improve fleet utilization

3 Co-ordinate with the operations units and on-the-ground vendor onboarding team to aggressively identify and recruit new vendors in the network

4 Create SOPs and deploy internal technology tools for more efficient operations team performance and standardized service delivery

5 Manage key vendor relationships and ensure vendor satisfaction

6 Deploy company vendor app to delivery smoother experience and more efficient performance

7 Work with sales team to manage demand pipeline for trucks running in the network

8 Provide inputs to the Sales head for pricing strategy and demand addition

9 Work with the tech-product team to align and develop product direction according to business requirements

10 Design, manage, review and report team and individual metrics, which include :

- Fleet utilization

- Profitability

- Network optimization

- Vendor onboarding pipeline

- Vendor payments

- Forecasting

Requisite Skills and Qualifications :

- Graduate / Post Graduate from a premier institute

- Candidate should be a team player with strong follow-up discipline to ensure cross-functional team performance

- Min two years of professional experience

- Prior experience of dealing with multiple teams and stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills

- Analytical mindset capable of comprehending business strategies

- Great people development and organizational skills

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office
