Summary : Looking for a champion b2b sales leader to drive organization-wide sales for a well-funded inter-city logistics organization run by a highly qualified team. We offer professional environment for individual growth. The candidate should be capable of leading and nurturing a team to achieve aggressive sales targets
Core Responsibilities :
1 Take complete ownership of sector-wise sales volume and growth
2 Create sales strategy to derive maximum output from each customer at national and local level
3 Lead and manage a b2b sales team (~12-15 members across geographies)
- Coach Sales team to collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders across hierarchies
- Communicate sales strategy to the team and leverage maximum output
4 Design, manage, review and report team and individual metrics through CRM tools, which include
- Lead management (hot and cold)
- Meetings reports
- Pipeline metrics
- Client engagement metrics (depth and width)
- Forecasting
5 Align organization growth with strategy through identifying target customers
6 Manage key account relationships and deliver account level growth through up-selling and cross-selling
7 Manage revenue realization through effective payments processes
Requisite Skills and Qualifications :
- Graduate / Post Graduate, Professional education is an added advantage
- Over four years of b2b sales experience, preferably across multiple geographies
- Prior experience in the logistics sector or working knowledge of freight transportation industry preferable
- Prior experience of leading a sales team
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), and command over English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus)
- Strong networking and relationship building skills with all hierarchies of a customer
- Analytical mindset capable of comprehending business strategies
- Great people development and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
