RMX Industries - Analyst/Executive Assistant - CEO's Office

About the Company - We are an industry leading 30-year-old family-owned company headquartered in Punjab, that is in the business of manufacturing rubber hoses and metal auto-retractable hose reels. We are the largest manufacturing exporter of general purpose hoses and reels from India, selling in over 22 countries from Americas region, APAC region and multiple countries in the EMEA region. We are set to be a $100 Million company by 2026. The company has been growing multifolds and expanding its footprint across various countries. The team has been growing too with well professionals coming from diverse backgrounds (Strategy Consulting, Operations, Marketing, Sales) and top institutions (like IIM, XLRI).

About the Role :

1. Closely working with the CEO's Office.

2. Collaborate with strategic team members like COO, Chief Of Staff, and other Key Stakeholders.

3. Research & Analysis of high-priority projects surrounding corporate strategy & development.

4. Synthesize & share compelling recommendations from your research & analysis.

5. Support & facilitate CEO's communications & presentations - board, client presentations, etc.

6. Optimise Office of CEO's priorities by managing CEO's calendar, making capacity-balancing decisions, and improve processes.

7. Ensure strategy meetings are organized & conducted effectively.

8. Responsible for documenting & hold stakeholders accountable on strategic decisions.

Qualifications :

1. Experience in Business Analysis, Strategy & Management Consulting, Market Research firms

2. Experienced in analytical toolkit, including complex financial modeling and market analysis. - is a big plus.

3. Exceptional at synthesizing insights from data & make business/strategy recommendations.

4. Exceptional communication skills (including multimedia presentations).

5. Demonstrate an innovative & proactive approach to the tasks assigned to you.

Experience :

1. Experience: 1-4 years of business analytics, market research firms, & strategy & management consulting industry

2. Education: Preferred bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration

3. Location: Jalandhar, Punjab
