Job Description
- Actively identify market opportunities and engage with existing clients to win new business
- Work with Inside Sales team to identify new leads/opportunities in the market.
- Understand RMSI's service offerings and execute go-to-market strategies in the market
- Travel in the market, network, attend conferences/seminars to gather market intelligence.
- Work closely with international sales and BU leadership, and technical teams to help develop proposals and response to RFP/RFI's
Experience and Skills :
- 2 - 4 years' experience in sales/business development function with IT/ITes companies
- Experience of managing international sales in North America, UK or Europe would be preferred.
- The person should be confident, result oriented, go-getter and a team player. Strong networking ability is essential.
- Good verbal and written communications skills are a must. Should have the ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Holds valid passport, International travel and valid US visa will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
Engineering + Full time MBA/ Residential Executive MBA from Tier 1 college
