RMS - QA Director

QA Director Software Testing, Noida (India)

Objective of the Role :

- Lead the QA data quality team and contribute to the advancement of our Hazard data and Exposure Data source testing and test automation, in the cloud.

- You will be hands-on with a variety of data related projects ranging from ETL and DW, using MS SQL Server, Informatica.

- You will work closely with colleagues in California and Noida, and you should be able to communicate effectively within and outside the organization.

- You will play a major role in managing a team which verifies the correctness of analytic data, the continuous improvement of the software engineering approach, designing and implementing a robust test environment for a multiple products that involve significant mathematical modeling..

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables :

- Provide leadership and direction to team of QA Engineers, to test the technical and business requirements for RMS Hazard data and Exposure Data Source products.

- Able to build service and UI automation framework for Exposure Data source project.

- Work with product management and to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions for complex business challenges.

Experience Required :

- At least 15 years of overall hands-on experience with software QA or development.

- 70% technical / 30% managerial

- At least 7+ years experience with managing teams

- Mandatory Selenium Experience

- Data modeling and test experience in ETL and data warehouse environments

- Test Experience in large scale enterprise level database and software architecture design, development and maintenance

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Education: B.E/ B.Tech /MCA from a reputed institute
