RMS Information Services and Solutions group (ISS Group) is looking for self-motivated individual to become part of a global team in implementing, enhancing and managing Enterprise and Cloud based applications. The position is for the RMS India Location and candidate will work closely with ISS team in Newark California.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team in managing and enhancing Enterprise and Cloud platforms in the Microsoft, Oracle and Salesforce technologies.

2. Direct team throughout the development and deployment lifecycles as first line supervisor.

3. Ensure applications development, acquisition; delivery and support are aligned to business goals

4. Ensure applications are designed and build to provide necessary replication and recovery; necessary disaster requirements and business continuity plans are maintained Monitor the availability and performance of the applications to meet or exceed agreed SLAs

5. Define and deliver key operational metrics for high quality service

6. Flexible to work on overlap shifts (overlap of 2 to 3 hours with development team located at California).

7. Engage with vendors and contractors for contracts and development

Skills Set:

1. Experience in Enhancing, deploying and supporting enterprise applications in mid to large organizations.

2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Salesforce and Oracle Platforms. APEX classes, Visual Force, Salesforce administration and security.

3. Good communication and customer-facing support experience.

4. Excellent communication skills.

5. Enterprise Architect experience required.

6. Vendor management and contract negotiations.

7. Ability to manage and grow teams.

8. Ability to work across time zones in a global environment.

Other:

1. Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Management.

2. Around 8 years overall industry experience with minimum of 3 years of IT management experience working with enterprise applications.

3. Proven ability to work with Global teams.
