- Conceptualizing & implement long-term strategic business plans in tune with market trend, competitive scenario, macro business opportunities and channel readiness.
- Conducting business strategy planning & analysis for assessment of revenue potential & opportunities so as to tap new business sources to achieve planned targets.
Business Development :
- Analysing business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.
- Monitoring competitor activities and devise effective counter measures.
- Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
Channel Management :
- Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration & reach.
- Guiding and training Partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets.
- Implementing business practices and deploying company strategies and programs to the core.
Key Account Management :
- Interfacing with individuals / key influencers among corporate for ascertaining requirements, making presentations and delivering need based product solutions.
- Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels.
- Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for further business.
Team Management :
- Managing the gamut of tasks including manpower planning, recruitment and training of Sales Teams.
- Creating an environment that sustains and encourages high performance; motivate teams in optimising their contribution levels.
