About the Position :
We want a Growth Marketing Manager to immediately join us in Mumbai.
- This role is to be a core member of the Marketing team focused on both strategising for growth and driving execution
- He/She is expected to design success metrics for customers on the products and drive acquired customers towards success
- Set up analytics stacks to measure the success metrics defined and continuously improve engagement on the platform
- Manage the entire marketing funnel starting from creating and executing customer acquisition campaigns (online and offline), improving retention and engagement, churn management, driving revenue, and building advocacy and referral
- Work closely with Product and Tech team to drive feature requests expected to aide in growth agenda and with the rest of the Marketing team to execute acquisition, retention and engagement focused campaigns
The Person :
The ideal candidate is someone who ticks the following boxes:
- High on analytical skills, comfortable with building statistical models to segment and define customers
- Ability to think through and come up with initiatives to drive acquisition, retention, churn management, revenues and referral
- Bias for action and execution to see ideas through to fruition
- Only candidates who are looking for an strategy+execution role need to apply since this is not a strategy only role
- Worked in analytics/data science roles across companies such as Mu Sigma, Fractal, AQ, Dunnhumby but looking for a role which gives exposure in execution as well. Conversely someone who has worked in Growth/Digital Marketing profile.
- Comfort with tools such as SAS/R/SQL
- Engineering grads from IIT/NIT/Ivy Leagues (top 30% of the class) class of 2014 or later
- Not more than 25 years of age
