About the Position

We want a Head-Product Development Group to immediately join us at Pune. She/he will:

- Lead RML's Product Development Group that develops and delivers our core offerings in Agriculture space

- Conceptualize, build and deliver new product offerings within timelines, resources and conforming to specified quality attributes

- Lead and motivate a large team of domain experts to operate in a result oriented manner

- Closely co-ordinate with Technology team for execution and process improvements

- Collaborate across functions to understand requirements, improve product offerings and chalk out monetization strategies

- Find out new opportunities for innovation and expansion by monitoring macro and micro trends in Agri-rural space and policy changes

- Build and leverage relationships with external stake-holders like Agri Universities, Government institutions, Agribusiness companies etc

The Person

The ideal candidate would be someone with the passion to make an impact in agriculture/rural ecosystem. She/he would be a B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. and MBA from premiere institutes with over 7 years- experience in project management/ product development/operations. She/he should be able to manage a large team of specialists and have the ability to think strategically.
