Job Description : Head - CMG
Job Title : Head CMG (Chanel Management Group)
Responsible To : Functional : Chief Operating Officer
Direct Reports : 3 to 4 (Total Team of approx 70 People, 3 levels)
Key Relationships :
External : Agri Input Companies, Agri Produce Procurement Companies, Trader Associations, Traders all over India.
Internal : Technology development team, Product Development Group, Commodity Team, HR
Main Purpose of Job :
- Ensure sourcing of accurate market price for Agric. commodities from key markets across country.
- Building Strong network with Trader Channel and on-boarding them for RML's latest Products.
- Identifying the right Market and Trader mix for each commodity on regular basis.
- Suggesting and implementing suitable changes to build new products and improve efficiency.
- Building & Leading a strong a vibrant team to delivery high quality results & RML face in field.
- Support Technology Team for developing application of respective states and feedback to content and Marketing team on market requirements of Traders etc
- Excellent in managing cost while exceeding Targets.
- Support Product development team for various inputs collected time to time from field
Key Requirements Personal Attributes
Education : PG in Management for IIMs or other Premier institutes with BE/B.Tech.
Experience : 5-8 years in channel Sales and strong exposure to BTL activities along with campaign development & management skills.

- Self motivated & problem solving attitude
- Team player with excellent people management skills
