Role & Responsibilities :
Planning & forecasting - Support business Head to :
- To Identify the customer base, focus markets
- Forecast sales & revenue
- Create product differentiation/road map
- Provide information & data and participate in the business planning exercise
- Deploy resources and plan for collection of competitor data
- Development of customer proposition
- Conduct market research to identify customer segments
- Collate customer data to analyze customer requirements
- Use the analysis to identify apparent & latent customer needs to support business head in developing compelling customer proposition
- Plan and organize resources for assumption testing for proposition development
- Will work on the Digital Media Space and responsible for business generation through Advertisement selling experience, Corporate B2B or Media Sales
- Building product specifications/ product range
- Propose differentiating product features to address current and future client needs
- Engage and work with verticals on product strategy, design, business requirements, feature and functionality trade offs and take approvals for a new set of propositions/products
- Support the business head to define product vision, design and feature set
- Collect and collate appropriate data to support decisions on product pricing
Account Management :
- Support the channel tactically to maximize sales productivity. Oversee the renewal of key accounts and build relationships with strategic clients.
- Gather customer feedback, market dynamics and competitive intelligence and use the data for product development
- Manage and coach customer support team to achieve high standards of service delivery
- Accountable for resolution of customer issues and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Develops implementation plans and aligns all relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely execution of plans
Team Management : Maintains effective cross functional working relationships
