Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA

Position Title - AVP - Operations

Location : Pune

Reports To : Chief Operating Officer

Roles & Responsibilities :

Delivering superior customer experience :

- Driving delivery of customer experience as defined by Marketing and Product team through the Call Centre and through on ground presence. Build, deploy and measure each aspect of customer service to ensure world class delivery while maintaining optimum usage of resources.

Sales Support Operations :

- Define and deploy robust sales support processes to help sales team win every day. Drive training and development of sales team as well as set up close tracking and measuring systems to help sales team deliver improved performance.

Channel Management Operations :

- Lead the channel operations to collect high quality price and other field level data. Train and develop personnel, build robust process and drive automation wherever possible as well as set up monitoring mechanisms to ensure world class channel operations.

Profile :

- Candidates must possess Engineering degree from a reputed Institution and preferably a MBA specializing in Operations from a Premier Institute. They must have experience of 7 years and above in a similar role providing leadership to a group involved in delivering complex operations in a large scale.

- Must possess experience of establish technology led systems and processes and have higher order analytical and problem solving skills, communication and leadership abilities. Should have high drive, enthusiasm and energy.

CTC : Commensurate with qualifications and experience, but certainly higher than market.
