Learning Relationship Manager (Retail), Learning & Development
Purpose of the Job
- The Learning and Development Relationship Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the training and development activities and staff of the organization, addresses individual and organizational training needs in the organization and works in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the organization.
Principal Accountabilities
1) Training Need Analysis and Objective Setting for the Retail Businesses
2) Knowledge of Business- L&D Priorities & Focus 2013
3) Relationship Management of key stakeholders
4) Training Design
5) Training delivery through internal trainers & external vendors
6) Collation of Training Feedback
7) Custodians of Training MIS for the Retail Businesses
8) External Vendor management
9) Budgeting and Negotiation
10) Induction Program
11) Upgrading and Revising Training Programs
12) Up-scaling Training Awareness
13) Trainer Management
Experience:
4-8 years of experience especially in the area of training delivery, curriculum design, training evaluation & stakeholder relationship management across banking & financial services.
