Relationship manager
Looking for the position of Relationship Manager for one of the India's Largest New Generation Bank
Responsibilities:
1.Managing the High Net Worth customers of the Bank , Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the High Net Worth relationships.
2.Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
3.Ensuring the highest levels of service to the High Net Worth customers
4. Providing Financial planning & Investment Advise Sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, Online trading etc.
5.One point contact for all requirements of High Net Worth customers in the Branch
6.Acquisition & Servicing of High Net Worth customers
Requirements:
1.Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets
2.Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills
3.Good Communication & Presentation Skills
4.Interpersonal & Influential Skills.
5.Should have good knowledge of liability products.
6.Should have a good knowledge of Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, Insurance
Education:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate/Professional Degree
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Retail Branch Banking
- AMFI & IRDA certification is preferable
