Job Title: ARM - Project Finance

Location: Dubai

Major Role:

- Developing Corporate relationship and business development within the frame work and guidelines of the Bank and Central Bank of Oman.

- Review of the Credit proposal originated by Overseas Branches, Kuwait/ Riyadh branches of the Bank, submission of the Credit review note as to Credit quality, assessment of limits, facility structure, regulatory compliance, pricing, industry outlook and overall completeness of the proposal to Project Finance.

Key accountabilities:

UAE based customer:

- Identifying new business opportunities with UAE based business groups, developing relationship with banks in UAE to explore business opportunity by way of participation in the facility arranged by these banks.

- Manage, conduct and develop account relationship with the assigned portfolio of UAE based accounts.

- Manage, administer and monitor utilization of credit facilities extended and maintain the quality of risk assets.

- Preparing and seeking in-principle approval of Project Finance Dept., HO for a new customer/credit facility with indicative terms and conditions.

- Originating credit proposals for new customers/credit facility based on the in-principle approval, conducting periodic review of credit files based on the financials, projections, and account statistics of existing facilities.
