Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Managing the High Net Worth customers of the Bank
- Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the High Net Worth relationships.
- Profiling customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
- Ensuring the highest levels of service to the High Net Worth customers
- Providing financial planning & Investment Advise
- Sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, Online trading etc.
- One point contact for all requirements of High Net Worth customers in the Branch
- Acquisition & Servicing of High Net Worth customers
- Responsible for including HNI customers into the programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products, acquiring family a/cs and retaining the relationship.
- A Relationship Manager handles a group of High Net worth Clients
- Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs.
- Deepen the relationship by Cross selling Banks Products and Services according to Customer Needs.
- Increase liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing customers.
- To Enhance & Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet.
- Also responsible for acquiring new to Bank relationships.
