Position Title : Relationship Manager

Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad

Purpose of the Job : The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO relationships with large Corporate to originate business.

Qualification : C.A/ MBA(FULL TIME) - XIMB/SIBM/MDI/FMS/NITIE/SPJIMR/NMIMS

Exp - Atleast 4-8 years post qualification exp

Wholesale Banking Group (Mid Corporate Group)

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management for Mid Market Segment (Annual turnover of Rs 100-800 crores)

- Tapping new business opportunities with existing and new clients for business development

- Analyzing research reports on Industries and companies to remain abreast of developments that impact business and credit exposures

- Initiate and attend meetings with Management team of Corporate for exploring business opportunities

Credit Appraisal

- Preparing credit appraisal notes for loans and advances (fund/non-fund limits) , handling documentation process at pre-disbursement level and monitoring performance of the company post disbursement

- Co-ordinating with internal teams viz. Risk, Legal, etc. and responding to queries prior to presenting the case before the sanction committee (incl. Sanction/ Renewal)

- Utilizing various banking software such as FINACLE, FCRM, CMART and credit tools such as CMA during proposal note writing and credit appraisal stages

Operational Responsibilities

- Working with operational level teams within Bank and customers ensuring minimum TAT and smooth execution of sanctioned credit facilities

- Ensuring timely submission of annual reviews & good conduct of accounts, maintaining control aspects i.e. periodical client visits, maintenance of company files for auditing purpose, stock inspections and formal credit checks / informal market feedback to monitor the assigned portfolio

- Preparing Reports and MIS for Senior Management related to leads, prospects, conversions, business generation, income generation, compliances, etc

Salary budget - 12-16 lacs
