KEY RESPONSIBILTIES AND JOB ROLE
- Drive the following as well have independent responsibility for a pre – defined unit / function.
Resourcing –
- Plan for recruitment for all job families across all locations.
- Improve resource planning, deliver a high quality succession plan and forward looking resourcing plan
- Partner with business to utilise the structured interview tools across job families where available.
- Ensure usage of the internal job watch & referral process.
Management Discipline
- Review, implement and recommend Human Resources policies and procedures to enable the function deliver its business strategy.
- Review and re-engineer HR process to improve service and delivery; to embed discipline and standards in all HR processes.
- Manage efficient delivery of HR processing activities through the HR Shared Services Center
Talent Management
- Broaden and deepen the talent pipeline through high quality recruitment and development program, talent development and providing just in time, comprehensive learning solutions through Organisation Learning
- Strengthen employee engagement by consistent follow through of Q12 impact plans; and regular review of employee feedback through various communication channels such as CEO Representatives staff meetings, staff focus group sessions etc.
- Continue to build a high performance culture through robust performance management and compensation processes. Execute appropriate reward strategy to recognize high performance and support achievement of business plans, in line with Group guidelines and best practice. Ensure internal equity amongst all staff with fair and consistent policies.
- Advise the Business on issues relating to Employee Relations.
Regulators
- Ensure that all staff related policies, procedures and practices comply with local regulatory requirements, reflect best practice and are within Group directions.
- Establish operational risk controls, key risk indicators and risk management procedures relating to HR service delivery, resourcing and the day-to-day management of the HR function.
- Be the “Responsible Person” on Compliance Risk Management relating to HR issues.
- Continuously reinforce health and safety working environment across businesses/function
