Relationship Manager - Hospital practice

Client - The most adored IT services co.

This would be a 7B grade position based out of Bangalore.

Below is the JD that is required for the above role.

1. Ability to see hospital as a business: understanding of key metrics, hospital value chain, what makes one hospital better than the other?

2. Consultative and be able to lead the client

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Bring in expertise / best practices from other industries

5. Advise on improving and optimizing (or even do things differently), the back end operations and how Infosys can help in such an initiative

6. Should not think like the typical Hospital industry guy, but at the same time should know how the Hospital industry works

7. Ability to work with a set of people who will be from different (org) cultures since they have all come from different organization

8. Ability to understand technology at a high level for the hospital industry – HIS (Hospital information systems), F&A, inventory, billing etc.

9. Help identify opportunities to build IP’s based on delivery from a shared service center

10. Work with senior stakeholders in the client organization and thrive relationship

Education - MBA/ Any course in hospital management etc
