Job Profile
- Set up the entire Modern Trade operations from the scratch, undertook TOT Negotiations, Vendor listing etc.
- Terms of Trade : Negotiating the Annual TOT's which include the Annual Volumes to be Delivered, Category wise Margins, Category wise Growth Planned, Share of Shelf, Visibility, Damage policy, Payment Terms, Data sharing, Asset Placement, Stock Delivery Norms & Fill rates etc.
- Relationship Manager has to handle FMCG clients.
- Purchasing FMCG products at the lowest possible prices from various clients.
- Planning and Budgeting of various promos.
- Trade Marketing: Implementation and maintenance of paid and unpaid forms of visibility across categories. (Cut outs, outside banners, in store banners, floor stacks, aisle flags, danglers, wobblers etc), Sampling activities, Consumer feedback sessions etc. Promo Planning and Budgeting and execution of promos.
- Planogram: Maintenance of the basic concepts of planogram like “Left to Right, Top to Bottom, Premium to Popular” which enhance the visibility and help maintain the category share of shelf and is appealing to the Shoppers eyes.
