PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Business Growth and Targets
1. Understand the Company’s operating parameters and strategize the business framework accordingly.
2. Directly establish and manage key customer relationships
3. Ensure good portfolio quality for the area and partner with the functional teams to manage delinquency and collections in the area assigned
4. Plan promotional activities including seminars, cross enterprise selling programs and road shows and build strong relationships with the “end users” along with the marketing team.
5. Vendor Management for Procurement of Vehicles and making it a profitable process.
Building the Team
6. Be responsible for building/recruiting Sales team and their performance through effective coaching, training and performance appraisals to achieve established sales and market share goals.
Channel Management
7. Channel recruitment & development and to ensure growth of strategic partnerships so as to maximize profitability for the organization
Scanning the environment
8. Keep abreast of market developments to monitor sales & market trends and assess their impact on the business & portfolio. And implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
9. Identify and generate business opportunities that leverage the full capabilities of Magma in the marketplace. Maximize our growth potential & act as the face of the business.
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
- Must be a MBA in Marketing/CA/Post Graduate
- Should possess minimum 5+ years of experience in reputed NBFC/Bank / Insurance Company (Employee Benefits / pensions team) handling sales of which must have exposure in Corporate Sales for a min of 2-3 years
- A strong background in sales of Auto/Equipment Lease to Corporates /SMEs would be preferred
- Should have demonstrated ability to evaluate structure and or monitor sales transactions.
- Good entrepreneurial skills.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Effective Communication - Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulately express thoughts and ideas
- Ability and interest to work in a new and emerging platform and manage complexities arising out of a start-up kind of business
Self-starter – the person should be able to initiate new relationships and scale up client base in the area assigned and ability to reach out to CXO and Heads to discuss proposals.
