- Ownership of business development as per agreed plans
- Coverage of clients with revenues in excess of Rs.1,500 Crs
- Initiate, manage & deepen client engagement
- Ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank
- Maintain / enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed
- Mentoring of assistant relationship managers and analysts.

Knowledge :
- Client business including working capital cycle and growth requirements
- Risk (credit / investment, operational, others) identification, mitigation and management
- Deal structuring
- Banking products and procedures
- Documentation.

- Track record of business development and identification of potential clients, and (significant achievements
- Existing relationships with bankable clients
- Credit writing skills with comprehensive coverage of all risk related issues
- Excellent communication skills verbal, and written (including report writing, presentations, etc)
Attitude :
- Problem solving and resolving conflicts
- Keenness to learn and detail oriented
- Team player but also capable of taking individual decisions.
Experience :
- 10-15 years in a similar role in investment / corporate banking with top organizations. Should be at a VP grade
Education :
- Rank holder CA or
- MBA from reputed institutes (IIMs, FMS, IIFT, XLRI, JBIMS, NMIMS, SPJ, MDI, etc)
