RM / ARM - Mid Market Corporate Banking
Key Responsibilities include :
Relationship Management :
- Effective client relationship management to originate business & service client needs. RM/ARM to Mid Market Corporate Banking Segment [ Corporate between Rs 200 cr to Rs 1500 cr turnover].
- Deepening relationships at CFO / Promoter level to operating team levels along with franchise building.
Product Structuring :
- Identifying need, adding value, and staying ahead of the competition by implementing innovative structures and devising financial solutions to meet client's banking & financial requirements.
- Managing diverse portfolio with TL, NCD, ECB, Real Estate funding, Promoter funding & WC financing.
Target Orientation & Cross-sell :
- Achieving targets & growing account profitability from deep-mining customers & adding new clients, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance.
Credit Analysis & Monitoring :
- Constantly reviewing corporate activities, detecting early signs of stress & taking steps to mitigate risks, preparing exit strategy, & in case of over dues, persistently recovering funds.
We are looking for experience bracket of around 2-3 years for ARM and 4-8 years for RM role. Need experience in managing and acquiring mid market corporate relationships in the Western / North / South market
