Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales targets for overall brand and individual hero products / categories
- Plan & Execute JBP (Joint Business Plan) with key brands for driving profitable sales growth
- Build relationships with brands and marketplace partners at multiple levels
- Analysing consumer behaviour and preferences and enabling 'hassle-free' consumer shopping experience
- Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use
- Monitoring, managing and owning Business operations and website content such as product listings, inventory updates, etc. and ensuring all product details are mentioned correctly, different payment options at checkout
- Analysing sales-related data to predict future sales and stock requirements
- Closely coordinating with category team for planning all kinds of promotional campaigns
Required Competencies:
- You thrive on collaboration & enjoy working with a team to continuously improve processes
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Efficient at prioritizing tasks and staying organized
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience of managing a team size minimum 7-8 people
- Work experience with E-commerce, Quick commerce or early-stage startups will be plus
