RK Group - Specialist - Finance

Job Description :

We are seeking a Finance Specialist with 7+ years of experience who has preferably worked in a business house spanning multiple entities and has great communication skills and problem solving ability to support and coordinate projects for the CFO and Board. In this role you will be instrumental in the efficient and organized implementation of priorities and initiatives for the CFO.

Responsibilities :

The Finance Specialist is responsible for:

- Identify gaps in processes across verticals and fix them through required controls, change in processes, documentation and training, standardize workflows across verticals

- Drive Board and CFO office initiatives and special projects

- Provide decision support for business situations warranting special attention

- Training of staff and colleagues with regard to control, business processes, change management

- Drive standardization and look out for opportunities to automate the same. To exploit systems to its maximum and drive continuous automation

- Adapting to technological advancements and staying on top of it

- To contribute ideas, energy, enthusiasm and support to the continuous improvement of the process.

Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with 7+ years of experience

- Extremely strong organizational, project and time management skills; detail-oriented.

- Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing work.

- Ability to take self-initiative and be proactive.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

- Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information
