Manager - Business Development


We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on ads sales and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising sales, with a proven track record of building client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving business expansion.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth through ads sales and client acquisition.

- Identify and target potential clients in alignment with company objectives, leveraging existing networks and conducting market research to expand the client base.

- Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and maximizing revenue opportunities.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in advertising sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to identify market opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite for sales reporting and client management.
