- Preparing detailed fund raising proposals /Project reports for submission to Financers, Banks, Institutions, and other financiers etc., for debt/ term loans / project finance/working capital finance/Equity/Buy back/JV/ Debt Restructuring etc

- Preparing financial modelling, & Cash-flow projections.

- Entire Credit Assessment

- Preparing appraisal note, Due-Diligence cum disbursement note, CMA, Teaser

- Evaluating clients- credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in investment.

- Research for defaults/frauds if so committed by the company, promoters, directors or any other group company, legal, valuation, court cases and Cibil record etc.

- In depth study of sector/Industry nature of business, product obsolescence, economic growth, Government policies etc

. Handling from concept till execution of the project i.e from processing till the disbursement part.
