Key Role And Responsibilities :
- To provide a high quality legal service to all clients
- To develop and maintain good client relationship skills, gaining clients confidence and that of other professionals
- Offering advice on the law, legal procedures and a wide range of associated issues
- Draw up contracts and other legal documents
- Research documents and case history to ensure accuracy of advice and procedures
- Represent clients in tribunals and in Courts where required Professional Standard To work and behave in a professional manner and to the highest standards of the profession
- Carry out duties given by the partners or employees faithfully and diligently and follow all reasonable instructions
- Treat all information about the firm and its client and their business as wholly confidential
- Keeping up-to- date with changes in the law
- Attract additional business from new and existing clients.
- Liasoning with all government and other authorities as and when required.
Skills & Experience :
- At least 5 years post-qualified experience across a range of entire corporate matters in a (preferably top tier) firm environment.
- A strong academic record.
- The ability to prioritize your time across a number of busy matters.
- A strong client service focus and work ethic.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills - required for building client relationships and maintaining a positive team environment.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be proactive in ensuring all financial matters are timely and up to date
- Ability to spot, identify and follow through business development opportunities.
- Build productive and strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to delegate appropriate tasks to juniors
