What You- ll Do

- Evaluate tyre operational processes, analyze areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions for the same

- Establish SOPs and best practices to ensure that standardized processes are created and implemented across the fleet network, esp for the handling of punctures and tyre burst cases

- Come up with initiatives to optimize cost and efficiencies in tyre management

- Liasioning between stakeholders, partners and users.

- Drive improvement projects and ensure the adoption of processes on the ground;

- Adoption of new technology

- Be data driven and gather key insights from the overall data

- Ensure timelines are met and projects meet the desired execution at pace

- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements

- Manage competing resources and priorities

Personal attributes:

- Hustler with Go-getter attitude.

Education:

- BE / BTech or MBA from Tier 1/2 campus

Years of experience:

- 3+ years

Desirable

- Experience in tyre industry or tyre service industry
