What will you do :
As Manager/ Senior Manager- Learning and Development, you will be expected to :
- Design training strategy to increase workforce capability across the organization.
- Drive learning outcomes based on business objectives
- Manage relationships with employees, business leaders and other stakeholders to understand their needs and constraints
- Design and develop quality learning content and resources including e-learning
- Evaluate the training programs quantitatively and qualitatively through feedbacks and surveys
- Communicate with employees and business leaders to drive change and demonstrate performance improvements
- Ensure lower costs within budget and higher ROIs for the learning interventions
- Design effective induction programs
- Design individual learning plans
- Provide coaching to internal stakeholders

Background :
- You hold a Master's degree with specialization in Human Resources
- You have a minimum of 5-8 years of total work experience with at least 3 years of experience in learning and development
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills
- You have an excellent ability to design and execute training frameworks, plans and content
