What You'll Do: 

- Evaluate business processes, analyze areas for improvement, and developing and implement solutions for the same

- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest process and tech advancements to automate and modernize systems.

- Drive improvement projects and ensure the adoption of processes on the ground

- Be data driven and gather key insights from the overall data

- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

- Working closely with business leaders and cross functional teams to drive projects

- Ensure timelines are met and projects meet the desired execution at pace

- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.

- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

- Manage competing resources and priorities.

- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

What We Need: 

Education:

- BE / BTech or MBA from Tier 1 campus

Years of experience : 2+ years
