Risk Manager - Transaction Banking Vertical

Job Description for Risk Manager in Transaction Banking vertical:

1) Create and implement Risk frameworks for enhancing the governance process

2) Review of existing policies and frameworks

3) Conduct in depth risk analysis(Process Risk, System Risk , Risk related to external events) of different products across the Transaction Banking vertical

4) Review new and existing product notes

5) Govern product committee to ensure It operates in smooth and fair manner.

6) Facilitate the teams in closing all actions points related to Audit, ORMG etc

7) Facilitate in conducting Operational Risk related exercises

8) Provide independent analysis to senior management on areas of risk within the business and propose mitigants

9) Undertake automation/risk mitigation projects for Transaction Banking Vertical
