Job- Description:

Quantitative : Risk- Assess.

Risk- Inspection & Assessment for Insurance Purposes - Quality Monitoring and Inputs to underwriter.

Perform audits of the machinery, safety equipment and management programs to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety compliance to regulations & standards. Analysing consequence for the failure cases of hazardous releases using various software's.

Analysis and report or review findings from accident investigations, risk- assessment risk- monitoring.

Review and provide design recommendations for new projects and proposed facility modifications to ensure conformance with process safety and loss prevention codes, standards and procedures.

Work on industrial accidents causes and preventive measures.

Comprehensive Safety Audit, Electrical Safety Audit.

Education Requirements - BE/ B. Tech (Chemical)

Experience: 6 to 8 years work experience in Safety and Risk.

Industry : Worked in a- Risk- Engineering- Firm or a Manufacturing industry preferably in chemical /petrochemical /power plant or an EPC consultancy company.

Exposure :

- The person should have worked in a core- risk- engineering- firm or in a manufacturing industry or- Risk- Engineer- from Insurance Industry

- Risk Engineer- from Insurance Co. having above experience are also eligible.

- The person to have in depth experience in- risk- engineering- of complex processes, suggesting /implementing- risk- mitigation measures in the project /operational stage, including conducting risk- audits for project and operational facilities.- Risk- Assessment, Safety Audits, Electrical Safety Audits, Thermography Audits, Fire Protection Facility Gap Audit are the added advantage.

Skills :

- Hands-on experience in conducting Safety Audits, Comprehensive Fire Safety Audits, HAZOP related studies, Electrical- risk- audits and similar risk engineering assign

- Should have used various- Risk- software's in previous assignments.
