Risk Manager/Risk Analyst - BFS - IIT/NIT/BITS

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for formalizing policies around approval & line assignment for card product

- Creates value by monitoring performance of existing risk policy, testing new policy, bringing new variables and models for continues optimization of acquisition performance

- Manage approval rates across channels while managing risk performance

- Manual evaluation and tracking of individual applications to incorporate learnings in risk policy

- Policy implementation

- Monitoring and reporting

Preferred Qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor's degree from Tier-1 college: IIT, BITS, NIT

- 3-4 years of experience doing quantitative analysis and credit risk management for unsecured products

- Understanding of statistical analysis, experience with R, Python, SQL, SAS, SPSS, Visualization tools (Tableau/Domo/Power BI), etc.

- Experience in initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance

- Creates value contextually for any process, by understanding the data journey and evaluating value data can bring in efficiency / decision making particularly to that process
