Designation: Risk Manager.

Location: PAN India (Preferably Gurgaon).

Experience: 4-5 Years.

Job Summary:.

- The Risk Manager at Hotel Chain will identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the organisation's ability to achieve its business objectives.

- This role involves developing risk management strategies, implementing risk mitigation plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- The Risk Manager will work closely with various departments to promote a risk-aware culture and enhance the overall resilience of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Identification and Assessment:

- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks across various operations.

- Analyse and evaluate risks in terms of impact and likelihood.

- Develop and maintain a risk register to document identified risks.

Risk Mitigation:

- Design and implement risk management strategies and action plans.

- Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and make necessary adjustments.

- Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure risk mitigation plans are integrated into business operations.

Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organisation.

- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies as required.

Risk Reporting:

- Prepare risk reports for senior management and the board of directors.

- Communicate risk management policies and strategies to stakeholders.

- Provide regular updates on the status of risk management initiatives.

Crisis Management:

- Develop and maintain crisis management and business continuity plans.

- Lead the response to crises and emergencies, ensuring swift and effective action.

- Conduct regular drills and simulations to test and improve crisis management plans.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk management

- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
