Risk Manager - Credit Card/PersonalLoan - Bank

We have an opening for Risk Manager in a leading bank

Please find the job description below:

- Responsible for coordinating with the product team (cards and personal loans)

- To develop risk policies and identify potential partner variables which can be predictive for risk assessments

- Will be leading a team for Risk analysts to develop the credit underwriting policies, model specifications, partner program financials, data warehouse development, bureau reporting etc.

- Person responsible for a strategic design of the partner program from a credit perspective to ensure profitable and prudent growth

- Total number of staff supervised - 4 people internally and 5 externally

Qualifications

- Should have risk management skills in managing credit cards or personal loan portfolios

- MBA or CA or graduate in statistics

- SAS knowledge is beneficial, though not mandatory

- Should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Should have worked in team environments in the past with experience in managing multiple stakeholders

- Project management experience would be beneficial though again not mandatory

- Open to traveling if necessary
