Risk Management Specialist

Key responsibilities:

- The IRM Product team member is responsible for the digitalization of the Risk Management process using ServiceNow IRM product.

- This includes implementing and streamlining process functionalities, introducing new controls thereby ensuring timely adherence to external requirements and enhancing User Experience (UX) of the product.

- The product team member also drives Organizational Change Management (OCM) by training end users, upskilling the IT Risk Manager Community and gathering feedback from end users and stakeholders.

Main job tasks:

IRM deliverables:

- Contribute towards building a strong Risk Management product - ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management).

- Contribute towards building Third Party Risk Management (ServiceNow TPRM).

- Drive OCM of IRM/TPRM which includes creating training packages and training end users (IT Solution Managers, QA, IT Security & others) and support risk manager CoP.

- Facilitate adoption of IRM across the organisation to ensure that NN gets the full benefit of Risk Management.

- Continuously innovate and propose new functionalities, streamline processes within IRM.

- Follow Agile SAFe methodology to accelerate product development.

- Focus on UX by constantly gathering feedback from end user and stakeholders to make the IRM solution process user friendly.

- Work in alignment with PI objectives agreed with Business Owners and strive towards delivering on time.

- Work on the IT Risk Admin tasks as communicated by the policy owners and strive towards delivering on time.

- Build and maintain strong peer relationships within the team and across the organization.
