Experience – 11-15 years

Location : Mumbai

- With a view to implementing Risk Management systems and processes across all companies in the Group –a team is being set up who will assist individual entities in setting up the risk management systems and processes, will participate initially in the preparation and eventually move to a review and feedback role.

- Mentors will assist CRO in the implementation at listed entities including running training programs / seminars at different levels of managerial cadre at individual entities.

Job Description

- Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the group companies

- Risk assessment, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business

- Risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organisation such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating the organisation’s previous handling of risks

- Risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences

- Conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors

- Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organisation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- CA or MBA Finance / Systems

Experience - 12 - 15 years

With at least 5 years experience in:

- Finance including Planning / Budget

- Strategy or Consulting

- Internal Audit

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Focused on flawless execution

- Detail orientation
