- Lead, manage and provide direction to the Market Risk function.

- Responsible for market risk management of the company including the structuring, implementation and management of risk management framework

- Supervise and oversee the timely and effective delivery of regular risk reports

- Risk limit monitoring and margin utilization

- Analyse overall portfolio risk exposures and hedging strategies

- Lead the development of risk analytics to provide greater insights into the risk-reward of trading positions and liquidity risks

- Provide appropriate challenge, advice and risk management recommendations to the trading team on their trading positions and business initiatives
