We have an opening with one of our client for the role of Risk Head/ Credit Risk Officer role with one of the Global Fintech Organisation.

Job Description :

1. This role will focus on creating, designing and implementing risk function that supports the strategic goals of the Company. Setting the vision and strategy for the risk function working in conjunction with all other senior leadership executives.

2. Building a robust risk management framework and architecture, bringing together a number of teams (operational risk, Credit policy & administration, Credit underwriting, enterprise risk management, data modeling and analytics).

3. Responsible for managing and driving Credit, Market, Fraud and Liquidity risk functions

- Oversight of Compliance and Information Security functions.

4. Responsible for compiling, assessing and reporting risk information to the top management and the Board. Analyze and interpret the impact of various credit and risk strategies while working under broader corporate goals.

5. Building and leading a highly collaborative and proactive risk function that is able to navigate the increasingly complex business and regulatory environment that the company operates in, India as well as globally.

Candidate Requirements:

1. 12+ years of rich experience in managing and driving Risk function encompassing Retail Risk, Corporate & Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk either with Banks, NBFC's or Fin Tech Companies. Exposure to analytics would be an added advantage.

2. Individuals who have been part of retail lending with an NBFC, Bank or Fintech (Combination of Bank/NBFC and Fintech would be preferred).
