Risk and Compliance Analyst
This role focuses in setting governance and control process for stress testing activities.
Key responsibilities of this role are :
- Assist in developing appropriate set of controls and governance to be applied to firm-wide stress testing activities
- Ensure that the end-to-end scenario runs are efficient, produce accurate stress results, and are appropriately reviewed and signed off
- Help in establishing end-to-end control framework for the Group Stress testing process ensuring compliance with key policies and governance requirements
- Ability to challenge the existing stress testing process and help develop consistent documentation standards
- Focus on continuously improving existing Governance & Control frameworks
- Participate in business or regulatory self-assessments to ensure the resulting controlled framework for stress testing execution is embedded into BAU processes
- Develop, maintain and test specific controls and ensure their adequacy and effectiveness across all stakeholders in stress testing execution
Qualification : Post-graduate / Professional degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering and other Quantitative areas from a reputed institute
- CFA, FRM, PRM will be preferred
Skills Required :
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and effective governance frameworks implementation
- Good understanding of risk measurement frameworks would be an advantage
- Experience in risk based audit, setting up banking process analysis and setting up controls will be preferred
- Prior experience with Stress Testing would be an advantage; any audit certification / degree such as CIA, CISA will be a plus
- Good analytical and problem solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with colleagues across global locations remotely
- The candidate should be process oriented, have attention to detail, and have good time management skills
