- To set business strategies goals, vision, Mission, Executing business plan & ensure implementation of the same

- Managing reinsurance treaty so as to strike a balance between profitability and stability of business but having excellent rapport with insurance companies and client

- New business development and key account management

- Team building and evaluation of performance by meeting the productivity of the employees

- Business development, diversification and expansion of business moves

- Brand management, facilitating media interaction to promote the face of the organization

- Planning and budgeting, finance, accounts and audit

- Ensuring regulatory compliance, Liaising with the regulator

- Corporate matters including Board of director meetings, AGMS, Compliance, Capital Management

- Claims Control, Claims Services Management
