Risk Analytics Role - Consumer Lending Unsecured - FinTech

Risk Analyst is an Individual Contributor role where you will develop and execute analytics strategies to enable data driven decision making. You will be responsible for tracking key risk metrics and communicating trends to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor risk performance to identify any developing trends and design portfolio interventions for corrective action.

- Analyse portfolio performance to identify risk factors and exception reporting.

- Explore new data sources to identify risk segregating variables.

- Drive continuous performance improvement for various risk metrics via an ongoing test and learn framework.

- Analyse the delinquency performance and derive data-driven insights for creating risk strategies in acquisition and portfolio management.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

- Timely delivery of risk reports. Automation of dashboards.

Capabilities we are looking for

- The candidate should have an engineering background from a premier college. MBA from a tier-1 B School will be preferable.

- 5 years' experience in Risk analytics, good knowledge about lending business, fintech industry.

- Excellent SQL & Python/Pyspark skills. Extensive experience querying large, complex data sets.

- The candidate should possess analytical bend of mind and should be comfortable with ambiguity.

- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability to conceptualize, drive and implement sales strategy and process with a client-centric approach.
