Role & Responsibilities :
- MIS Design and Delivery : Devise and implement a comprehensive MIS solution for ICSS Risk
- Risk Assessment / Analysis : Review a number of risk assessments identifying the salient points, tracking them and producing an MI summary of risks and issues
- Process Control Review : Assist in obtaining and documenting operational controls and control gaps across the Business
- Product Review : Post the above : Conduct and document a product review across the business. Identifying weaknesses and suggesting resolution (if possible). Leverage existing work / product flows and MI available to avoid duplication but to ensure a comprehensive single summary
- Regulation and Market Reform : Assist in scoping and assessing the impact of regulation on the Business
- The business areas are : Investor Services : Securities Custody and Clearing / Fund Services, Issuer Services: Corporate Trust and Paying Agency, Corporate Services and GES and Institutional Cash: Cash Payments / FX Communication & MIS related to above
Technical Skills :
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business or alike
- Preferably 2 years minimum experience in a top tier bank or KPO
- Prior exposure to financial institutions transaction banking products mapping to candidates with one or more of following background: Operations, Product Management, Change Management, Operational / Transactional Risk Management (i.e risk experience in Operations), regulatory change, regulatory risk management
- Prior experience in financial /non-financial risk and reporting will be preferred. Good risk analytical skills with particular exposure to integrating risk data into meaningful MI
- Good presentation skills, Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly to senior managers and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Motivation to work in a dynamic & time sensitive environment
- The ability to work independently on your own and as part of a team
