Purpose of Job :
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, agency, and distributorship opportunities.
- Assess the strategic fit and potential risks associated with each deal, providing detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to structure deals that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Participate in negotiations, leveraging market knowledge and financial expertise to secure favourable terms.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including potential partners, advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and successful execution of deals.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation for deals, including term sheets, agreements, and presentations.
- Generate regular reports for senior management, updating them on the progress of ongoing deals and potential opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Provide strategic insights based on market research to support decision-making processes.
- Any other assignment from time to time.
- Any other work required to be done for achieving the aforesaid goals.
- 3+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions for chemical companies preferred in the national/ international market.
