PURPOSE OF THE JOB

- The purpose of this role is creation and delivery of world class brand solutions for Brand Rise India Group and all its business lines. This would primarily involve supporting continued thematic communication on the Mother Brand Rise India Group and manage all targeted branding requirements needed to support specific business requirements, Ensure that agency resources are fully engaged/ keen to work on our business for

Digital

ATL / BTL

Strategy development

- Conceptualizing and developing the core brand strategy, Unearth insights from primary & secondary sources, be the voice of consumer logic and consistently sharpen our strategic focus.

- Interface with the cross functional teams on key brand and business projects.

Creative development

- Complete oversight from brief to output for all ATL & BTL campaigns

- Translate brief received from business to a mood board and assist in projection mapping

- Management of workflows & timelines for development of all campaigns across different mediums

- Manage 3rd party vendors to ensure we get best in class quality

In market efficiency

- Ensure management of timelines for campaign (ATL & BTL) development

- Ensure total compliance with brand guidelines

- Liaise with various regional teams to ensure most effective deployment of campaigns

- Work with the media team to ensure that most efficient solutions are deployed

Event Marketing

- Obtain brief from business heads and comprehend requirements in accordance with project / event budget

- Suggest creative these for individual events

- Coordination of all stages of the event

- Handling all the creative dealing of the project

- Liaise with vendors and operations team to create props and event designs as appropriate

- Coordinate and supervise staff onsite on each day of the event

- Conduct appropriate follow-up with client and vendors post wrap-up

Digital Marketing

- Brand Planning on Social & Online Media

- Provide SEO (Search Engine Optimization) analysis and recommendations

- Website Analytics & Reporting Tools, Blog Design & Posting, Article publishing

- Social Media Optimization
