Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer led campaigns, from ideation to execution and analysis.

- Lead and inspire a high-performing community team, fostering creativity and collaboration.

- Guide the team to collaborate with influencers on content creation, ensuring it resonates with campaign briefs.

- Existing relationships with talent agencies, key influencers, talent managers.

- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are aligned with strategic objectives.

- Manage client relationships at a strategic level.

- Build responses to sale's briefs, identifying areas for improvement and ideas for new campaigns and be able to present these in a compelling way to senior stakeholders.

- Review and submit reports in a quick and timely manner.

Desired Skills & Experience:.

- Experience Managing Influencer Marketing Campaigns.

- Strong presentation and speaking skills;.

- Experience in the Social Media and Digital Space.

Client Servicing.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships; organized, with high attention to detail; a proactive, can-do attitude.

- Ability to plan and manage time well.

- Excellent Negotiating Skills.

- Ability to stay on top of new media trends and technology.

- Agile thinking and adaptability.

- This is an onsite work role.
