This is a highly critical role that will contribute both strategically and hands-on as we continue to scale our business and build for HR functional excellence. This role will be responsible for: Responsibilities: - Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies. - Lead organizational assessments and interventions to enable cohesion and enhance productivity across our businesses. - Bring critical thinking to iterate, build on and innovate new ways to create even higher levels of employee engagement. Challenge the status quo. - Be a fact-based executive coach, using a blend of facilitation skills and observable data to enhance performance. - Collaborate with global COE partners to execute global HR strategies while also "localizing" as appropriate. - Continuously innovate and improve processes and tools with cross functional partners to ensure programs are delivered consistently and seamlessly across the region and at scale. - In partnership with global business leaders, identify and advise on opportunities, risks, and trends related to India's growth and expansion. - Use data and analytics to proactively identify trends and to help inform and influence decisions, programs, and initiatives. - Be the consultant to help managers build their skills in the business of people management. To succeed in this role, you must have experience in: - Consistent track record to strategically partner and connect with key business partners in a highly consultative manner. - Strong eye for business and understanding of the business model, operations, and structure for the assigned organizations. - Has a bias for action and works in collaboration with others to deliver results on time always? - Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive complex projects with multiple partners in a fast-paced environment. Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or other related field is a must. - MA/MS/MBA is highly preferred. - 7-10+ years as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager and supporting technology teams. - Experience leading HR at a site location. - Experience working in large global multi-national corporation, dealing with layered and varied business opportunities and challenges. - Experience helping global organizations scale. - Experience in crafting organizational design and organizational development interventions that often cut across functions and geographies, always mindful of implications to the business, our employees, and customers. - Subject matter knowledge in the art of change management, crafting purpose led plans and leading and enabling change to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated success in tying people-based solutions in service of business strategy and creating value through people that impacts results for the business. - An analytic mindset, using data to inform and influence outcomes as well as a diagnostic tool. - Use business knowledge and critical thinking to craft and drive principle-based outcomes. - Strong leadership and coaching skills. - Strong partner management skills that include the ability to effectively consult, negotiate, resolve conflict, and influence change.
