This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from role definition through to on-boarding. This is a hands-on resourcing and coordination role that requires some in-house recruitment or recruitment coordination experience.
Job Accountabilities :
- Assist in developing a resourcing strategy for a small client group(s) by analyzing market data including talent availability, trends and competitor data.
- Ensure the strategy is deliverable within budget and make recommendations to ensure that the Resourcing strategy reflects commitment to D&I and candidate experience
- Post all appropriate job roles on HOT, in line with group standards
- Manage the documentation of the assessment process in line with all local compliance and government requirements - ensuring all is consistent and auditable. For example : Data Protection; Document Retention, eligibility to work
- Full accountability for scheduling interviews, de-brief sessions and external assessments for all candidates within assigned client groups
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers within defined client group(s)
- Help managers reconcile differences between ideal and practical staffing needs and prioritize requirements based on business need
- Partner with Recruiter and/or Manager in wider meetings to gain exposure around succession planning and attraction strategies
- Assist with the development and implementation of an effective attraction strategy :
a. Work with Recruiter/Manager and HRBP's to conduct a review of existing attraction channels by analyzing dashboard data (D&I, attrition/promotion, nationalization etc.)
b. Review and make recommendations on which channels are most appropriate to use as part of an attraction strategy
c. Track and trend channel performance and recommend tactics to react quickly and effectively to changes that threaten the attraction strategy's success.
Competencies (Knowledge & Skills) Required :
- A demonstrable track record of success in delivering multiple hands-on recruitment programmes over a 6-12 month period.
- Knowledge and experience of coordination activity and/or recruiting in the Indian market for multiple job disciplines
- Experience in developing and delivering recruitment MI on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Able to show specific examples of supporting and applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, recruitment advertising, web tools, referrals, etc.).
- Awareness of brand management and the employee value proposition
- Strong influencing skills, able to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes e.g. improving the recruitment process.
- Subject matter expert knowledge of Indian employment law
- Knowledge and experience of the recruitment market in which RIL operates
