This is a specialist role acts as subject matter expert for Leadership Hiring, the individual will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process from role definition through to onboarding, and is a hands-on resourcing / recruitment experience. This position builds strong consultative partnerships and collaborates with hiring managers, drives a creative sourcing strategy, ensures consistency in the full recruitment life cycle and candidate experience.
Job Description :
- Responsible for managing engagements across all phases of the leadership search process.
- Lead and deliver multiple projects as per timelines
- Work closely with select leadership team and provide seamless support on various initiatives, Co-ordination with Stakeholders (Business, Operations, Vendors etc.)
- Ability to generate new ideas and provide unique perspective to the issue under consideration
- Hands-on, organized, self-motivated, performance-oriented, and able to work independently under time pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with proven capability and ability to be a key contributor to the team
- Adept at working with multiple stakeholders in complex environments
- Highly professional individual exhibiting highest level of integrity in handling confidential information
- Ensuring thorough understanding of requirements at the briefing stage by proactively raising relevant questions and collecting critical information.
- Writing high quality company, position and candidate profiles and Key Factors for Success that may be sent directly to internal clients with minimal consultant input.
- Managing research phase autonomously by leveraging extensive personal candidate network, mastery of research tools and personal market expertise to get to the best candidates first, rather than taking an exhaustive approach.
- Conducting candidate interviews, effectively balancing assessment of qualifications and motivation with "selling" the role and organization.
- Writing high quality appraisals of candidate, providing insightful comments on qualifications and fit.
- Presenting a sufficient number of qualified, well-briefed candidates while effectively managing candidates and internal clients.
- Demonstrating effective communication and counselling skills, relying on advice from consultants only when needed.
- Executing compensation negotiations independently, reference checking and counselling of candidates and clients during the closing phase, taking council from consultants when needed.
- Highly developed conceptual skills, able to synthesize information quickly, understands various industries and functions, and able to present material in an organized and clear manner.
- The ability to work with a number of constituencies on simultaneous projects and maintain professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust, and respect with internal clients.
